2015 has already seen Martin undertake a number of exciting roles. This autumn kicked off with a bang, when Martin was announced as England reporter for ITV during the Rugby World Cup 2015 tournament. During the home nations Rugby World Cup, Martin has hit our screens in many roles; from the pre and post-match interviews with coaches and players, to the ITV’s charity appeal; Tackle Hunger. Martin’s presenting reputation has led ITV Guardian blogger to sing his praises as he is described as ‘king of ITV’.

October also saw Martin on our screens as the main presenter for the World Wheelchair Rugby Challenge 2015, which was broadcast live on ITV4. Martin continues as a long-standing BT Sport rugby presenter, expert and reporter across all their rugby coverage.  As well as this he is still an established presenter on BBC One’s long running ‘Crimewatch’. Following this Martin has also appeared on BBC iWonder online, presenting the importance of keeping your mobile phone safe. http://www.bbc.co.uk/guides/z2f3b9q

In previous years Martin has commentated on BBC and Radio 5Live, hosted Five’s NFL coverage as well as ‘The World’s Strongest Man’ and also covered the Rugby World Cup in 2011 for ITV. 2012 saw Martin turn to stand-up comedy, with a run of gigs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Martin’s acting credentials are equally impressive. Famed for playing Robbie Coltrane’s body double as the giant Rubeus Hagrid in all eight films.  Martin has also appeared in BBC One′s much-loved series ‘New Tricks’ along with a role as the Cyclops in Jonathan Liebesman’s ‘Wrath of the Titans’, the sequel to the 2010 movie Clash of the Titans.
